This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it. This information is also made under Article 13 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196 called code for the processing of personal data to those who interact with SISTUR’s web services, accessible by telematics to www.sistur.net address, corresponding to the start page of the official website.
The information is made only for SISTUR’s website and not for other websites possibly consulted by the user via link. The information is also inspired by Recommendation 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group set up by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the modalities, timing and nature of the information that the holders of the treatment must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

Location of data processing
Treatments related to the web services of this site take place at the holder’s office and are cared for only by technical staff of the Office in charge of the treatment, or by any those in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
Personal data provided by users who submit requests for information material submission (brochures, brochures, quotes, etc.) is used for the sole purpose of performing the requested service or service and is not communicated to third parties.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures in charge of the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols (internet domain and IP protocol, type of browser and operating system of the computer used, date, time and stay on the site, pages displayed, any search engine from which you entered the site).
This information is not collected to be associated with identified stakeholders, but which by its very nature could, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, allow to identify users.
This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the response status given by the server (good error, etc…) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and is deleted immediately after processing.
The information collected automatically can be used by SISTUR to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical cybercrime against the site, for statistical purposes, to improve the navigation and content of the site).
Saves the possibility of using the data for liability assessment, as the data on web contacts does not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses listed on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the missive. Please note that the personal and/or business data entered in the forms on the www.sistur.net site, are protected by SISTUR and used to answer your questions, to provide the requested information or to contact you about the services provided or for any promotions and/or offers.
Optionality of data delivery
Apart from what is specified for the navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in communications directed to SISTUR.
The provision of personal data and its consent to treatment is necessary in order to take advantage of the services offered.
Failure to give consent to treatment or subsequent revocation results in the cancellation of the request, resulting in the cancellation of the services offered by the site.
Treatment methods
Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect uses and unauthorized access. We inform you that, to provide a full service, there are links to other websites managed by other owners. Any liability is declined in the event of errors, content, cookies, publications of illicit immoral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with the current regulations and compliance with privacy regulations by sites that we do not manage to referred to.

Rights of those affected
Individuals who refer to personal data have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its contents and origin, verify its accuracy or ask for its integration or update, or Adjustment (Article 7 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 – reported in full).
Under the same article, you have the right to request the deletion, anonymous transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment. Requests also go to the Controller of the treatment using the above references.
In relation to the above treatment, you may exercise the rights under Article 7 of D.Lgs.
“1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not there is personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. You are entitled to obtain the following:
(a) of the source of personal data;
(b) of the purpose and manner of treatment;
(c) of the logic applied when treated with electronic instruments;
(d) of the identification details of the holder, those responsible and the designated representative under Article 5, paragraph 2;
(e) of persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, of those responsible or in charge.
3. You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectifying or, when you are interested in, integrating data;
b) the deletion, anonymous transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be retained in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the evidence that the transactions referred to in the letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been disclosed or disseminated, except where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves use of resources that are manifestly disproportionate to the law protected.
4. You have the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data about it, although relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data relating to it for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or carrying out market or commercial research.”
